What is the return policy for the Fleshy products?

If you wish to return your unopened Fleshy Pro, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending it back to us. Additionally, any original shipping costs paid are non-refundable, as per our Refund Policy.

To initiate the return process, please email us to request an RMA number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the package when it is shipped back to us.

Please ensure that all product packaging materials are included, and that the outer plastic of the box is not removed. Once the package has been shipped, please provide us with the tracking number via email.

Please note that packages received without an RMA number will be automatically discarded, and no refunds will be issued.

All returns must be shipped within 7 days of when the RMA is issued, or the return will be rejected.

Upon receiving the package, our staff will verify that the return is valid and unopened. Only then can a refund be issued. If the returned product has been opened or tampered with, refunds will not be issued.

If you believe that a product is broken or not working correctly, we may ask for video evidence prior to issuing an RMA number for a return or issuing a refund without requiring a return.

What is the cancellation policy for orders that have already been shipped?

You may cancel and receive a refund for any orders that have not yet been shipped. However, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before submitting it to avoid any inconvenience. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
